February 10th to March 10th
During this exclusive window, you have access to the entire collection (including the Stealth Series ). This is the only time we guarantee the availability of all sizes.
Once the pre-sale period is over, we close orders and begin production in our workshops. We only produce what has been pre-ordered, thus avoiding waste and ensuring optimal quality.
As soon as the equipment arrives at our Montreal HQ, our team carries out the final quality control, packaging and shipping.
Top Priority: You will be the first to wear Mercure's colours on the roads of Canada.
Size Guarantee: No risk of stock shortages on your specific size.
Local Support: You are directly supporting the launch of an independent Montreal business .
Respect for the environment: We love driving on Canada's beautiful roads. By producing only what we need, we reduce overproduction and unnecessary pollution, thus helping to preserve our environment.
We maintain a safety stock to handle size exchanges, but quantities will be limited. We recommend consulting our size guide before ordering.
Yes, as long as the pre-order window is open (until March 10th), you can contact us to change the size. Once production has started, changes are no longer guaranteed.
